School rules and policy

● A 24 hour notice is required to avoid a $20 dollars reschedule fee or losing the lesson before any cancellation .Voicemails are not acceptable as cancellations.Cancellations May be accepted via email, but must be sent 24 hours before your lesson or five(5) hour class. Cancellations for the five(5) hour class must be done 24 hours before the scheduled class to avoid a $15 reschedule fee
● We do offer call reminders the day before every scheduled lesson/5 hours class if time allows.
● Our packages include only a one(1) time use of the road test, an appointment, Car and five hour class.
● Booked services must be completed within one year of purchase date.
● We don’t guarantee specific cars/drivers ,lessons/road tests however, we try our best to accommodate them. (we will not be held liable if a different car is used on the road test and the student fails).

Road test requirements

-NYS learners permit (Picture ID only)
-Original 5 hrs certificate (valid for 1 year from issuance date/not expired)
-MV262 form signed by Parent/guardian (Anyone under age 18).
-eyeglasses must be present (if the back of permit states corrective lenses).

Flex auto driving Inc. will not be held liable if a student forgets any of the needed documents on the day of the road test.
Permits must be held for 6 months prior to scheduling a road test for anyone under age 18. Anyone under the age of 18 will receive a juniors license with restrictions (class DJ) until 18 years old, then a regular license (class D) with no restrictions will be issued automatically from DMV once the Student turns 18. Flex auto driving Inc. does not offer a drivers education program to allow a full license at 17 years old.

Refund policy

● Any refunds requested after 24 hours on any purchase made will result in a 5% deduction.

● Any refunds requested on any package deals will be itemized and charged at our Individual prices for the services taken. 5% of balance will be deducted, remaining balance will then be refunded to the customer.
● All refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase date.
